These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.treeexpertsnm.org/ (the “Site”) and any services provided by Tree Experts, LLC (“Tree Experts,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By visiting the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site and do not schedule services.

1. Scope of Services

Tree Experts provides tree trimming, removal, stump grinding, emergency tree services, and related consulting (collectively, “Services”) in Los Lunas, Valencia County, and surrounding New Mexico areas.

All work is performed according to industry standards and applicable laws.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Services are subject to weather, site conditions, and permitting requirements. Tree Experts reserves the right to decline or reschedule work for safety or regulatory reasons.

2. Estimates, Pricing, and Payment

Free Estimates – We offer free written or emailed estimates after a site visit or photo review.

Acceptance – Work is scheduled once you approve the estimate in writing, via email, or by signing a work authorization.

Payment – Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of Services. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur a 2 % monthly finance charge.

Additional Charges – Hidden obstacles, unforeseen hazards, or changes in scope may result in additional charges, which will be discussed and approved before work continues.

3. Scheduling and Access

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area (including gate codes, pet arrangements, and vehicle removal).

Please mark private utilities or sprinkler lines. We are not liable for unmarked underground utilities.

For emergency services, we will respond as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee specific arrival times.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee up to 25 % of the estimate to cover mobilization costs.

5. Limited Warranty

We warrant that our Services will be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 7 days of service and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Tree work involves inherent risks. We carry liability insurance and workers’ compensation, but our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services.

Tree Experts is not liable for pre-existing issues, acts of God, storm damage after service, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of business, landscaping repairs).

7. Site Content and Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, photos, and logos on the Site are the property of Tree Experts or our licensors. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction or distribution, requires our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site in a way that violates any law or regulation.

Transmit harmful code or spam.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to external websites for convenience. Tree Experts is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites. Access them at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tree Experts and its owners, employees, and subcontractors harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Valencia County, New Mexico, and you consent to such jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
